Internet:
We accept payments through PayPal for your security.
You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal.
Phone:
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit card
payments by phone. Mail:
We accept checks and money orders by mail.

Shipping to the 48 Continental States: We
ship via Fed Ex or USPS (our choice). We use a flat rate shipping/handling
charge as follows:

International Shipping:
We charge the actual cost of shipping for international orders. You
may contact us at customerservice@waccamawsupply.com
for a price quote. We will send an invoice for the
additional shipping charges thru PayPal.
Please allow 7-14 days for shipping.
Damages:
Please examine your shipment carefully upon receipt.
Any damages or loss should be reported directly to the carrier within 72
hours. Fed Ex (800) 463-3339.
Out of Stock Items:
We have merchandise arriving regularly so if an item is
temporarily out of stock, we will put it on a 7 day back order. After 1
week if it still hasn't come in, we will refund your money or, at your request,
leave the item on backorder.

We realize that items may be returned due to improper fit or for other
reasons. If you would like to return an item, please note the following:
* Please contact us at returns@waccamawsupply.com
for an authorization number. We are unable to accept returns without an
authorization number.
* Returns must be in NEW CONDITION, (no hair, dirt or debris)
in original box with all product information and warranty cards.
* Shipping charges (including the cost of returning the item) are
non-refundable.
* There is a 20% restocking fee on special order items including saddles.
* Returned items that do not meet these criteria will have to be returned to you
or discarded at no credit.
