Payments:

Internet:  We accept payments through PayPal and Google Checkout for your security.
You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal.

Mail:  We accept checks and money orders by mail. Please be sure to include a phone number or e-mail address so that we may contact you if we have a question about your order.  Payments may be mailed to:

Shipping to the 48 Continental States:

We ship via Fed Ex or USPS (our choice).  We use a flat rate shipping/handling charge as follows:

International Shipping: 

We charge the actual cost of shipping for international orders.  Please contact us at customerservice@waccamawsupply.com for a shipping price quote before placing your order.

Damages:
Please examine your shipment carefully upon receipt.  Any damages or loss should be reported directly to the carrier within 72 hours.

Please Allow 7-14 Days for Shipping:
Most of our equipment is made to order so please allow time for your equipment to be manufactured.

We realize that items may be returned due to improper fit or for other reasons.  If you would like to return an item, please note the following:

*  Please contact us at returns@waccamawsupply.com for an authorization number. We are unable to accept returns without an authorization number. 
* Returns must be in NEW CONDITION,  (no hair, dirt or debris)  in original box with all product information and warranty cards.
* Shipping charges (including the cost of returning the item) are non-refundable.
* Some custom made orders may not be eligible for return.
* Returned  items that do not meet these criteria will have to be returned to you or discarded at no credit.
